Hi ladies. I thought we would have some fun with this next blog post
using Youtube and a Choose Your Own Adventure. The concept is very
similar to the Google Slides shows you all created for our Digital
Security assignment. Watch the video and detail which decisions you made
and the outcome. Can you "Escape the School".
The first decision I made was to explode a smoke bomb because it's a more interesting option than distracting the teacher or throwing a paper airplane, and it's a better distraction. Next, I chose to go forward to the foyer because the foyer is the entrance area so that would be the exit from the school. The next choice I made was to blow a grenade because it's so extreme and hilarious. Also, that kid looked like he had no chance in fighting anyone so this was the best chance for escape, in my opinion. Lastly, I chose to have a "Battle of the Minds" because I wanted to win and leave the school instead of losing to some weird mime guy. After that it was a bit weird with some "failsafe protocol" but I ultimately won and did, in fact, escape the school. Yay!
If I were in his position, I would first think to throw something across the room to distract the teacher. Not a paper airplane but maybe a book or calculator. If that didn't work, I would then ask to use the bathroom and proceed to sneak out in the hallway. If there were someone there, I would tell them that I was called to go home and that my parent is outside the school waiting for me. If I needed a more significant distraction, I would connect my phone to the Bluetooth speakers in the school and blast music.
