spending a lot of time passively wasting our lives away on our devices.

If I'm trying to study or just want to cut down on my screen time, I will put my phone in a different room or even on a different floor that way I have to find something do without it, since I know I won't want to walk up the stairs just to go get my phone.
ReplyDeleteOne "hack" that I do is going to sleep at the same time every day and putting my phone on do not disturb mode before I go to bed. I think this helps me because if I hear a ring or buzz from my phone, I'll pick it up and look at my phone. And from my experience, that has stopped how well I could sleep.
